Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) is an evaluation by an unbiased third party medical professional to evaluate an injured patient. We work with many attorneys and insurance carriers and will schedule the patient’s examination, review all medical records, and generate an accurate and detailed report. We utilize many offices throughout the state of California and are continuing to expand.

Fitness for Duty Evaluations (FFDE) are performed by physicians to determine if the employee is fit for a particular job, taking into considerations the job functions. We receive requests for fitness for duty evaluations, and based on the examination and review of all medical records, will then generate an accurate and detailed report.

We perform disability evaluations by taking a thorough history, coupled with a detailed physical examination and review of medical records, to generate an accurate disability evaluation.

We perform detailed medical record reviews including review of all medical records and radiographic imaging, as well as sub rosa recordings. Based on our background, training and expertise will generate a thorough and accurate report to opine on specific issues that need to be addressed.

We have over 60 years of combined clinical experience and 46 years of medicolegal experience. We have opined upon hundreds of cases. We have educated attorneys nationally in the form of MCLE (minimum continuing legal education) courses in regards to chronic pain and traumatic brain injury as well as dental injuries.

We are prepared to provide expert opinions at depositions and trial. We evaluate each case individually and use our background, training, and experience, in combination with the facts of the case to provide our expert opinions.
